灌漠土有效氮测定方法的筛选

摘    要:用肥力高、中、低不同的十五个土样作盆栽试验,用四种有效氮化学测定法作土样分析,所得土测值与盆栽试验的小麦吸氮量和产量进行相关分析.结果表明碱解扩散法、碱解蒸馏法、碱性高锰酸钾蒸馏法.20%NaGl 提取蒸馏法相关性都极显著,这四种方法均适用于灌漠土有效氮的测定.


Selection of Available Nitrogen Analysis Methods in the Irrigated—desert Soil
Abstract:Pot culture experiments have been made with 15 soil samples of high,middle and low fertility.The soil analyses were carried out using 4 methods to determine the available nitrogen.The correlation among the data obtained from soil analyses and nitrogen amounts absorbted by wheat in pot culture experiments and the yields of wheat has been analysed.The results indicated that the correlation of alkali decomposative diffusion method,alkali decomposative distillation method,alkaline KMnO4 distillation method and 20% NaCl extractive method were extremely significant.All of those 4 methods are available in the analysis of available nitrogen in the irrigated-desert soil.
