| 摘 要： | 对2009年采自甘肃省17个地点的63个马铃薯晚疫病菌株进行生理小种类型的鉴定.结果表明:小种4.6.7.11的出现频率达28.57%,出现频率最高,分布最广,是2009年甘肃省马铃薯晚疫病菌株的优势小种.而小种1.3.4.5.6.7.8.10.11含有的毒力基因数目最多,单毒力基因的生理小种只有4号.从生理小种的毒力...

| Abstract: | Sixty three physiological races of Phytophthora infestans isolated from 17 potato production areas in Gansu Province were identified in 2009.The results showed that race 4.6.7.11 had the most frequent and distribution,the frequency reached 28.57%.Race 1.3.4.5.6.7.8.10.11 had the most virulent genes.Race 4 only had a simple virulent gene.The virulent genes vir1,vir4,vir6 and vir7 occurred much frequently(over 50%) and distributed widely.The virulent genes vir2 and vir9 did not found in Gansu Province. |
