摘    要:菌株LXA10分离于东祁连山高寒草地线叶嵩草(Kobresia capillifolia),经PKO培养基培养和溶磷活性测定.结果表明:菌株LXA10对无机磷的溶解能力为28.14 mg·L-1,溶磷量为5.60 mg·g-1.不同的培养基成分对菌株LXA10的溶磷能力有影响,培养基中Fe2+、Mn2+、Mg2+等离子...

Abstract:Strain LXA10 was isolated from Kobresia capillifolia,a kind of advantageous plants in alpine grassland in the Eastern Qilian Mountains.The PKO culture results indicated that capacity of phosphate-solubilizing of endophytic bacteria LXA10 was 28.14 mg·L-1,and the capacity was obviously different in different culture media.Fe2+、 Mn2+ 、Mg2 could promoted the LXA10 strain phosphate solubilization ability.It was also found that the capacity was not directly related to pH of media.The strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis,based on its 16S rDNA sequence,physiological and biochemical characteristics.
