摘    要:将30只滩×寒杂种妊娠母羊分成3组(各10只),于妊娠后期与泌乳期分别饲喂3个营养水平的饲粮(0.8×NRC,0.9×NRC和1.0×NRC).于泌乳前期(产羔后30 d内)采乳样2次,以研究营养水平和泌乳阶段对乳成分的影响.结果表明,乳的干物质、乳脂率和乳能值均随营养水平的提高而下降,L1组(0.8×NRC)和L2组(0.9×NRC)乳干物质含量显著高于L3组(1.0×NRC)(P<0.05);L2组乳脂率极显著高于L3组(P<0.01),L2组乳糖含量显著高于L3组(P<0.05);3个组之间的乳能值与乳蛋白含量差异不显著,但L3组乳蛋白含量呈现出高于L2组的趋势.

Abstract:Thirty conceived Tan×Small Tail Han crossbred ewes were divided into three groups(each with ten ewes)and fed with diets at three levels of metabolizable energy and crude protein respectively,0.8×NRC(L_1),0.9×NRC(L_2) and 1.0×NRC(L_3).The ewe milk was sampled twice during the day 10~15 and 20~25 after lambing in order to study the effects of nutritional level and lactation phase on milk components.The results indicated that dry matter(DM),milk fat percentage and energy value of milk were descended with the increasing of nutritional level from diets.DM in milk from L_1 and L_2 was higher than that from L_3 significantly(P<0.05).Milk fat percentage and lactose from L_2 were higher significantly than those from L_3(P<0.01,P<0.05).However,no significant difference on energy and crude protein content(CP) in milk-samples was found among the three groups(P>0.05),though CP of milk sample from L_3 was higher than L_2(P=0.086).
