摘    要:在单因素试验基础上,以萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为影响因素,鬼臼毒素提取率为响应值,根据中心组合试验设计原理采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法,对桃儿七中鬼臼毒素的二氧化碳超临界萃取(CO2-SFE)条件进行优化.结果表明:CO2-SFE萃取桃儿七中鬼臼毒素的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力38 MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间...

Abstract:The supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of podophyllotoxin from Sinopodophyllum emodi was optimized with the conditions of extraction pressure,temperature and time by response surface methodology(RSM) based on single factor experiments.According to Box-Benhnken principles of experimental design with 3 factors with 3 levels of response surface analysis to determine the process conditions on the extraction rate.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: pressure 38.89MPa,temperature 50.25 ℃,time 52.51 min.Under such conditions,the podophyllotoxin extraction rate reached 11.38 %.
