摘    要:为探明主栽烤烟品种在不同产烟区所产烟叶的化学成分特点及差异性,对烟叶样品主要化学成分进行了检测和统计分析.结果表明:‘云烟87’、‘云烟85’烟叶的总糖和还原糖含量高于其他烤烟品种.5个烤烟品种在不同产区种植,同一品种所产烟叶的总糖、还原糖、烟碱、钾含量、糖碱比、氮碱比、钾氯比等7项指标都有较大差异,地域间差异显著或极显著.‘云烟87’、‘云烟85’、‘中烟100’、‘龙江911’4个烤烟品种,同一品种在不同产区生产的烟叶总氮含量差异不大,多数产区差异不显著;‘K326’不同产区所产烟叶总氮含量差异性比较明显,地区间差异显著.

Abstract:The characteristics and differences of chemical compositions of major flue-cured tobacco cultivar from different producing areas were detected and analyzed.The results showed that total sugar and reduce sugar contents of ’Yunyan 87’ and ’Yunyan 85’ were both higher than that of other flue-cured tobacco cultivars.Total sugar,reduce sugar,nicotine,K content,ratio of reduce sugar to nicotine,ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine,and K/Cl of each flue-cured tobacco cultivar from different producing areas had remarkable differences.Total nitrogen contents of ’Yunyan 87’ from different producing areas had little difference,while those of ’Yunyan 85’,’’Zhongyan 100’ and ’Longjiang 911’ were the same.On the contrary,total nitrogen content of ’K326’ from all producing areas had remarkable differences.For all flue-cured tobacco cultivars,their suitable producing areas were discussed comparatively.
