高温干旱环境下专用饮料性能的动物试验报告

SL-1-2体液型沙漠专用饮料是一种低渗透压饮料,能很快补充机体体液和能量损失.用 BALB/C 近交系小鼠作为实验动物,人工模拟高温条件,对 SL-1-2饮料的功能进行全面的动物实验.结果表明,高温下饮用 SL-1-2饮料组小鼠体液补充迅速,自由饮用量高,排尿量亦高,有利于机体体温的调节.此外,小鼠运动后,血糖含量增高,血乳酸含量降低;耐热能力、耐缺氧能力和抗疲劳性也显著提高.因此,该饮料对高温条件下机体体液的补充和体能恢复极为有益.

Animal Experiment of Special Soft Drink in Dry Environment of High Temperature

SL-1-2 desert soft drink of physical liquid with low osmosis could supply physical liquid and recover physical strength. This research reported the animal experiment with BALB/c inbred mice kept at 30℃ as the experiment animals. The result showed that mice drank SL-1-2 could recover body liquid rapidly and urinate more if drink more,which was good for body temperature regulation. The blood glycogen concentration was higher,blood lactic acid was lower after drinking. The results indicated that SL-1-2 soft drink is good for recovering physical energy and supplying physical liquid.
