| 摘 要： | 依据农民收入的构成及现状,分析了制约农民增收的主要因素,由此得出:在户籍制度逐步放松和农民兼业化特征日益明显的新时期,农民增收的重点是农民家庭经营性收入的增长和降低转移成本,实现农民工资性收入增长。

| Abstract: | The present situation and the main influential factors of peasants' incomes were analyzed from the pointview of its constitution. The control of household register had been relaKed gradually. More and more peasants were not only engaged in agriculture but also held part time job in other industries. To increase peasants' incomes,it should be firstly emphsized to increase peasant'household management incomes. At the same time, the cost of migration should be reduced. Finally, increasing peasant's incomes would be realized. |
