| 摘 要： | 随着新经济时代的到来,风险投资迅猛发展,它体现了高技术产业与金融资本相合,主动承担高风险以期获得高回报。我国风险投资尚处于起步阶段,存在着诸多需要解决的问题,对此提出了几点建议,以适应经济发展的需要。

| Abstract: | Along with the new economy times coming, the venture invest has developed swiftly. It makes technology and capital mixing together, takes high risks in order to gain high reward. However, the venture invest in our country has many questions to be resolve because of its initial stage. Under these circumtances, this article presents feasible and effective measures in order to suit the needs of economy develpment. |
