| 摘 要： | 将唐古特白刺种子用蒸馏水浸种不同时间(12h、24h和36h),研究其浸提液对‘西旱1号’小麦种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:白刺种子水浸提液对小麦种子的发芽质量和幼苗生长均具有显著影响,随着白刺种子浸提时间的延长,其水浸提液对小麦种子发芽势和发芽率抑制作用增强.浸种36h的唐古特白刺种子水浸提液对小麦种子的发芽抑制作用最大,发芽率抑制活性达32.3%,浸种24h的水浸提液对小麦种子幼根的生长抑制作用最大,根长抑制活性达12.3%. |

| Abstract: | The N.tangutorum seeds were soaked in distilled water for different time(12 h,24 h and 36 h),then the seed extracts were used to study its effects on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat.The results showed that the seed extracts significantly inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat,and the inhibition effect enhanced with soaking time.The inhibition effect reached to the strongest when the N.tangutorum seeds were soaked for 36 h,the seed germination rate of wheat was reduced ... |
