植物生长调节剂浓度和处理时间对月季扦插生根的影响

摘    要:为提高月季(Rosa chinensis)扦插成活率和生根率,缩短生根时间和育苗周期,以藤本月季‘安吉拉’(R.chinensis‘Ongela’)为材料,研究不同浓度(50、100mg/L)的植物生长调节剂萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)不同处理时间对其扦插生根的影响.结果表明:3种植物生长调节剂不同浓度对‘安吉拉’月季生根的影响没有显著差异.NAA和IAA对‘安吉拉’月季生根未产生显著的促进作用,长时间处理反而抑制了月季的生根及其根生长.与对照相比,50、100mg/L IBA处理30min显著增加了‘安吉拉’月季插穗的生根率、生根数和根长.说明IBA比NAA和IAA更能显著地促进‘安吉拉’月季不定根的形成和生长.

Effects of different plant growth regulator concentrations and processing times on rooting of Rosa chinensis cuttings

Abstract:To improve the survival rate,the rooting percentage of Rosa Chinensis and shorten the rooting time and the seeding period,R.chinensis 'Ongela' was used to research the effects of different plant growth regulators(NAA,IAA and IBA) concentrations(50,100 mg/L) and processing times on cutting rooting.The results showed that different plant growth regulator concentrations did not bring the striking difference on cutting rooting.There was no positive role of NAA and IAA on 'Ongela' cutting rooting.On the contrary,too many processing times could inhibit the root formation and development.Compared with the control,50 and 100 mg/L IBA treatments for 30 min might significantly increase the rooting percentage,root number and root length.Thus,IBA played more positive role in inducing adventitious roots formation and development than that of NAA and IAA.
