干旱胁迫及复水对豌豆叶片脯氨酸和丙二醛含量的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验方法,研究了干旱胁迫及复水对豌豆叶片中游离脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.结果表明:随着胁迫强度加剧和胁迫时间的延长,叶片中游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均逐步增加,Pro和MDA含量最高可达对照的2.26倍和1.81倍;胁迫后复水,Pro和MDA含量均显著降低,最低分别只是对照的64.39%和80.15%,其中Pro含量呈现先大幅下降而后又小幅上升的趋势,而MDA含量则是先大幅下降,而后短历时胁迫(胁迫5 d)继续小幅下降,长历时胁迫(胁迫10 d)却小幅上升;各生育期豌豆叶片中游离Pro和MDA含量随土壤水分的变化也有一定的差异性.

Abstract:A pot experiment was carried to study the effects of drought stress and rewatering on content proline(Pro) and malondiadehyde(MDA) in pea leaves.The results showed that both Pro and MDA contents increased with the increasing of stress degree and duration.The maximal contents of Pro and MDA were 2.26 and 1.81 times higher than that the control.The content of Pro and MDA reduced after rewatering.The minimal content of Pro and MDA was only 64.39 % and 80.15 % of the control.Pro content decreased quickly at the beginning,then increased a little.MDA content decreased significantly at first,then reduced a little for 5 d stress or increased a little for 10 d stress.The content of Pro and MDA also changed with the changing of soil moisture during the development.
