根际土壤理化因子与真菌群落对白及产量和质量的影响

摘    要:研究了不同产地白及产量、多糖含量、根际土壤理化因子及真菌,以期找出根际土壤理化因子及真菌与白及产量和质量的相关性,为开发高产量、高质产量的白及田间管理技术方案的研发提供指导。应用IlluminaMiSeq高通量测序技术、酶标仪等方法分析白及产量、多糖含量、土壤理化因子和土壤真菌群落的变化规律。结果表明:产量与木拉克酵母属(Cystofilobasidium)、梭孢壳属(Thielavia)、青霉菌属(Penicillium)、镰刀菌属(Fusarium)丰度、Zn2+含量正相关,与茎点霉属(Phoma)丰度、Na~+、Al3+、Ca2+含量负相关;多糖与木拉克酵母属(Cystofilobasidium)、梭孢壳属(Thielavia)、Zn2+、Al3+、Ca2+含量正相关,与茎点霉属(Phoma)、青霉菌属(Penicillium)、镰刀菌属(Fusarium)丰度、Na~+负相关。结论 白及田间管理中,提高Zn2+、Ca...

Abstract:The yield, polysaccharide content, physical and chemical factors of rhizosphere soil, and fungi of Bletilla striata in different producing areas were studied in this paper. The rhizosphere soil physical and chemical factors and fungi were studied to find out their relationship with yield and quality of Bletilla striata, which is expected to provide guidance for the development of field management technology scheme of Bletilla striata with higher yield and better quality. Methods such as illuminamiseq high-throughput sequencing technology and enzyme labeling instrument were used to analyze the changes of yield, polysaccharide content, soil physical and chemical factors and soil fungal community of Bletilla striata. The results showed that the yield was positively correlated with the abundance of cytofilobasidium, thielavia, Penicillium and Fusarium and the content of Zn2+, and negatively correlated with the abundance of Phoma and the content of Na+, Al3+ and Ca2+. Polysaccharides were positively correlated with the contents of cytofilobasidium and thielavia and the content of Zn2+, Al3+ and Ca2+, and negatively correlated with the abundance of Phoma, Penicillium and Fusarium and the content of Na+. In conclusion, increasing the content of Zn2+ and Ca2+ and the abundance of cytofilobasidium, Penicillium and thielavia, decreasing content of Na+ and Al3+ and the abundance of Phoma and Fusarium maybe increase the yield and polysaccharide content of Bletilla striata.
