光皮木瓜皮中精油的提取及抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:成熟的光皮木瓜具有非常浓郁的果香,为考察其作为香精香料的潜力,以乙醇为溶剂用回流法对光皮木瓜皮中精油进行提取,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对分子结构进行鉴定,并通过DPPH·自由基和羟基自由基清除实验考察其抗氧化性。通过正交实验确定光皮木瓜皮精油的最佳提取工艺为:木瓜皮/乙醇料液比为1∶60 g/mL,提取时间为4 h,果皮粉碎为粉末,在此条件下精油的提取率为4.1%;在精油中鉴定出50个化合物,其中以酯类和烯烃类为主,主要香气成分为苯甲酸乙酯、DL-苹果酸二乙酯和苯甲醛;精油浓度为800 mg/L时,DPPH·自由基清除率为83.73%,浓度为 1 000 mg/L时,羟基自由基清除率为61.48%,相同条件下维生素C的清除率分别为 93.45%和 78.12%。光皮木瓜皮精油不仅香气成分含量高,而且还具有一定抗氧化效果,可作为化妆品、食品添加香料具有较高的应用价值。

Extraction of Essential Oil from Chaenomeles Sinensis(Thouin) Koehne Peel and Its Antioxidant Activity

Abstract:Ripe chaenomeles Sinensis(Thouin) Koehne has very strong aroma.In order to investigate its potential for essence, the essential oil from chaenomeles Sinensis(Thouin) koehne peel was extracted by refluxing process with ethanol as solvent,and with ethanol as solvent. The molecular structure was identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH ·radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging experiments. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of papaya peel to ethanol was 1:60 g/mL, the extraction time was 4 h, and the peel was crushed into powder. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of essential oil was 4.1%. At the above condition,fifty compounds were identified in the essential oil, and the main aroma components were ethyl benzoate, diethyl DL-malate and benzaldehyde. DPPH· free radical scavenging rate was 83.73% at 800 mg/L, hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was 61.48% at 1 000 mg/L, and vitamin C scavenging rate was 93.45% and 78.12%, respectively. Papaya skin essential oil not only has high content of aroma components, but also has certain antioxidant effect, which has high application value and potential for cosmetics and food flavoring.
