宁夏部分地区犊牛7种腹泻相关病毒的检测及分析

【目的】调查分析宁夏地区规模化奶牛场牛腹泻相关轮状病毒（BRV）、牛冠状病毒（BCoV）、牛病毒性腹泻病毒（BVDV）、牛环曲病毒（BToV）、牛诺如病毒（BNoV）、牛星状病毒（BAstV）、牛库布病毒（BKV）的感染情况。【方法】用RT-PCR方法对采集自宁夏部分地区的6个规模化奶牛场共计81份犊奶牛腹泻粪便样本进行检测，同时扩增相关基因进行分析。【结果】81份样本中BRV阳性率为16.05%，BCoV阳性率为13.58%，BToV阳性率为2.47%，BKV阳性率为2.47%，BVDV、BAstV、BNoV均无检出。BRV和BCoV的混合感染率为3.70%，BKoV和BToV的混合感染率为1.23%。遗传进化分析表明宁夏地区流行的BRV有G6型毒株，并且BCoV毒株具有不同的遗传进化趋势。【结论】BRV、BCoV仍是宁夏规模化奶牛场内最主要的犊牛腹泻病毒，同时检测到BToV和BKV，丰富了宁夏地区牛腹泻病原谱，为宁夏地区奶牛腹泻的综合防治提供了依据。

Detection and Analysis of Seven Diarrhea-associated Viruses in Calves in Part Area of Ningxia

To investigate the infection status of rotavirus (BRV), bovine coronavirus (BCoV), bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV), bovine circovirus (BToV), bovine norovirus (BNoV), bovine stellate virus (BAstV), and bovine kubu virus (BKV) in dairy farms in part area of Ningxia, a total of 81 calf diarrhea samples collected from six large-scale dairy farms in some areas of Ningxia were tested by RT-PCR. Among the 81 samples, 16.05% were positive for BRV, 13.58% for BCoV, 2.47% for BToV and 2.47% for BKV, while BVDV, BAstV and BNoV were not detected. The co-infection rate of BRV and BCoV was 3.70% and that of BKoV and BToV was 1.23%. Genetic evolutionary analysis showed that there were G6 strains of BRV prevalent in Ningxia area and there were different evolutionary trends of prevalent BCoV strains.The results provide a basis for the integrated control of dairy cow diarrhea in Ningxia.
