枯草芽孢杆菌对黄瓜灰霉病的防效评价

摘    要:为了探究枯草芽孢杆菌对黄瓜灰霉病的抑制作用,采用室内抑菌试验和大田试验研究了枯草芽孢杆菌对黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑制作用及对黄瓜灰霉病的防治效果。对峙培养法测定表明,枯草芽孢杆菌YN-5对黄瓜灰霉病菌有明显的拮抗作用,对黄瓜灰霉病菌菌丝及孢子都有较强的抑制效果;盆栽试验表明,拮抗菌YN-5的抑病效果在50%以上。该菌株可作为黄瓜灰霉病生物防治的优良候选微生物资源,开发及应用前景广阔。

Abstract:In order to explore the inhibitory effect of Bacillus subtilis on cucumber gray mold, indoor and field experiments were conducted to study the inhibitory effect of Bacillus subtilis on Botrytis cinerea mold and its control effect on Botrytis cinerea.After use of the confrontation culture method,the Bacillus subtilis YN-5 had obvious antagonistic effect on Botrytis cinerea ; there was a strong inhibitory effect on Botrytis cinerea hyphae and spores. Through pot experiment in the greenhouses, the control effect of this strain on Botrytis cinerea was confirmed. The results showed that the antagonistic antibacterial YN-5 can inhibite the disease more than 50%, and this strain can be used as an excellent candidate microbial resource for biological control of Botrytis cinerea, and has good development and application prospects.
