药食同源蒲公英的开发应用研究现状与展望

摘    要:蒲公英是一种多年生草本药食同源植物,其富含黄酮、萜类、多糖、绿原酸、果胶等化合物,在临床药用上具有清热解毒、消肿散结、利尿通淋的功效;同时,蒲公英含有多酚、维生素、矿物质、有机酸、生物碱等活性物质,具有很好的保健食用价值。文章从药食同源的角度对蒲公英的加工应用进行了综述,以期为后续蒲公英的综合开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Dandelion is a kind of perennial herb of homology for medicine and food plant, which is rich in compounds such as flavonoids, terpenoids, polysaccharides, chlorogenic acid, pectin,etc. It has the effect of clearing away heat, reducing swelling,diuresis and tonglin in clinical medicine. Besides, dandelion contains polyphenols,vitamins, minerals, organic acids,alkaloids and other active substances,which has excellent health and edible value.This paper reviewed the processing and application of dandelion from the perspective of medicinal and edible homology.It is expected to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of dandelion in the future. ;
