| 摘 要： | 以两株自分离的野生平菇菌株为试验材料，主要从菌丝特性、拮抗关系、子实体特性等展开试验。结果表明：两个菌株长势均较佳，亲缘关系较远，两个平菇菌株抗杂菌能力、子实体商品性、生物转化率均表现佳，适宜本区域栽培的优良平菇新菌株。

| Abstract: | In this paper, two self-isolated wild Pleurotus ostreatus strains were used as the test materials, the experiment was carried out mainly in the characteristics of mycelium, antagonistic relationship, and fruiting body characteristics. The results showed that the growth of the two strains was better, the genetic relationship was relatively distant, and the anti-miscellaneous bacteria ability,commerciality of fruit body and the biotransformation rate of the two Pleurotus ostreatus strains performed well. So it is is new excellent Pleurotus ostreatus strains suitable for cultivating in this region. ; |
