金沙江干热河谷土地资源特点与特色生态农业建设途径探讨

以四川攀枝花市为例,基于对金沙江干热河谷土地资源特点及开发利用问题的分析,针对性地提出发展特色生态农业的途径。在农业生态建设方面,重点是水土流失的治理,建立生物(森林)、工程、土壤三大“水库”配套的综合拦洪保土和蓄水防旱体系;同时,积极发展循环农业和无污染绿色农业。在特色农业建设方面:加大种植业结构调整力度,发展烤烟等优势经济作物和蔬菜;按山地环境的垂直变化分带发展芒果、香蕉、石榴、早市枇杷等特优水果;加强草地管理与建设,促进舍饲牧业和草地牧业的协调发展。

Characteristics of Land Resources and Characteristic Ecological Agricultural Construction of Dry-hot Valley along Jinsha River

Taking Panzhihua of Sichuan Province for example, this article analyses the land resource characteristics and exploiting and utilizing problems of the typical dry-hot valley along Jinsha river, then approaches to developing special eco-agriculture are suggested. During the development of eco-agriculture project, the main point is harnessing soil and water lose, that is to establish the system of soil and water conservation by the three “reservoir” of biology (forest)-engineering-soil, which can synthetically block flood, keep soil, store water and prevent drought. Moreover, developing circulative agriculture and no pollution green agriculture are important too. There are some useful measures in characteristic agriculture construction, JP2]increasing the strength of crop production structure adjustment, expanding superiority economic crops and the vegetables, like flue-cured tobacco; according to vertical variation of mountainous region it is suggested to mark off belts to develop superior fruit, such as mango, banana, pomegranate, morning market loquat and so on; strengthening the lawn management and construction, promoting domestic animal husbandry and the lawn animal husbandry developing coordinated.
