| 摘 要： | 本文用组织化学方法对鲤鱼食道、肠粘液物质及碱性磷酸酶进行了研究。食道、肠杯状细胞均含中性粘液和延粘液，肠部分杯状细胞还含有硫酸粘液。含硫酸粘液的杯状细胞随前、中、后肠逐渐增多，其中硫酸粘液的含量在后肠杯状细胞中最高。前、中、后肠吸收细胞核上方胞质和纹状缘含有发达的碱性磷酸酶。肠上皮中有嗜酸性颗粒细胞，其颗粒含有中性粘液和碱性磷酸酶。

| Abstract: | The histochemistry of mucosubstances and alkaline phospha-tase in the digestive tract of Cyprinus carpio L.was studied by using histochemical methods;The goblet cells in the esophagus and intestine elaborated neutral and sialomucins mucosubs tances Some goblet cells in the intestine also produced sulfomucins. The number of goblet cells comtaining sulfomucins was highest in the goblet cells of the hind gut.The supranuclear region and brush border of the absorptive cells showed strong alkaline phosphatase activity. The granules in the eosinphilic granule cells distributed in the epithelium of intestine contained alkaline phosphatase and neutral mucosubstances. |
