农垦58S转育的四个籼型光温敏核不育系的不育性遗传研究

摘    要:2558S、2877S、8902S和W6154S都是粳型光敏核不育系农垦58S转育而来的籼型不育系,试验得出2558S是可育临界温度低的温敏系,2877S和对照农垦58S是临界温度较低的光敏系,8902S是临界温度较高的光敏系,W61545是临界温度高的温敏系。这四个籼型不育系与四个常规品种杂交F_1育性都正常,同一组合正反交F1育性没有显著差异。在四川雅安夏季长光照但气温偏低的生态条件下,2558S和2877S与四个常规品种杂交F2和BF1育性基本上表现二对基因的遗传分离,而8902S和W6154S与四常规品种杂交F2和BF1育性分离表现不一致,有的组合表现二对基因的遗传分离有的组合则表现不育株显著偏少。由此认为这四个不育系的不育性由细胞核内二对独立遗传的隐性主基因控制,但遗传背景和环境光、温条件对育性分离表现有很大影响。

INHERITANCE OF STERILITY OF FOUR INDICA PHOTO-THERMO-SENSITIVE GENIC MALE-STERILE LINES DERIVED FROMN ONGKEN 58S
Abstract:S, 2877S, 8902S and W6154S were indica genic male-sterile (GMS) lines detived from japonica photo-sensitive genic male-sterile(PGMS) line Nongken 58S. In the present study, 2877S and 8902S expressed PGMS.but 2558S and W615 4S expressed thermo-sensitive genic male-sterility (TGMS).The ranking of “the critical fertility point”(temperature)14] was W6154S>8902S>2877S and Nongken 58s(ck)>2558S. F1 progenies of the crosses between the indica GMS lines and 4 conventional varieties were all normally fertile and there,were not obvious differences in fertility between reciprocal cross.Under ling-day and little lower temperature conditions in Yaan City,sichuan(30°N, 610m above sea level) in summer, F2 and BF1 progenies(GMS lines as recurrent parents) of the crosses between 2558S or 2877S and the 4 conventical varieties segregated into fertile and sterile classes basically in ratios of two pairs of genes.F2 and BF1 of the crosses between 8902S or W6154S and the 4 conventional varieties segregated into fertile and sterile classes in different ratios,which of some combinations zegregated in ratios of two pairs of genes,but other combinations segregated into obviously more fertile plants and less sterile Plants, Based on the results obtained, we propose here that male-sterility of the 4 GMS lines Was controlled by two pairs of independent recessive genic major-genes,but their segregation expressions were influenced very greatly genetic background and photoperiod and temperature conditions.
