成都白鸡数量性状遗传参数的初步估测

用半同胞测定法,估测了成都白鸡主要数量性状的遗传参数。估递结果: 1.蛋重的遗传力和重复力分别0.504和0.770。 2.开产日龄月龄、300 产蛋量和500日龄产蛋量的遗传力分别为0.63,0.33和0.10。 3.300日龄产蛋量和500日龄产蛋量间的遗传相关是0.83。 4.2月龄体重和6月龄体重的遗传力,母鸡分别为0.686和0.660,公鸡分别为0.600和0.040。 5.2月龄体重和6月龄体重之间的遗传相关,公鸡和母鸡分别为0.83和0.89。根据上述结果,我们可以办出这样的结论:仔母鸡300日龄的产蛋量,可以办未来产蛋量的选择指数。2月龄体重可用办为肉类济的选择指标。

THE PRELIMINARY ESTIMATION OF GENETIC PARAMETERS OF QUANTITATIVE TRAITS IN WHITE CHENGDU CHICKENS

The genetic parameters of main quantitative traits in White Chengdu Chickens were estimated by half-sib testing.The estimated results may be summarized as follows, 1)The heritability and repeatability of egg weight were 0.504 and 0.770 respectively.2)The heritabilities of the age at first egg, egg production at 300 and, 500 days of age were 0.63, 0.33, ond 0.10 respectiyely. 3)The genetic correlation between the egg productin at 300 days of age and the egg production at 500 days of age was 0.83. 4)The heritabilities of body weights at 2-months and 6-months of age for female chicks were 0.686 and 0.660, for male chicks were 0.600 and 0.040 respectively.5)The genetic correlation between the weights at 2 months and 6 months of age were 0.83 and 0.89 for male and female respectively. According to the above results, we may conclude that the egg production of a pullet at 300 days of age may be used as a selection index for further egg production, and the body weight at 2 months of age may be used to select for a meat-type breed.
