病虫害对小青黑杨纸浆材解剖特征的影响

以青杨虎天牛、杨树冰核细胞性溃疡病、杨树烂皮病对小青黑杨材质的影响为研究目标,利用计算机视觉分析系统对危害前后小青黑杨的解剖特征进行测试分析。结果表明:健康小青黑杨的纤维长度均值为1 150μm,长宽比为43.95,纤维壁厚为5.49μm,纤维壁腔比为0.42,导管壁厚为3.73μm,导管壁腔比为0.067,为优质的造纸原料。病虫危害后,小青黑杨的纤维变短,长宽比下降,纤维及导管壁厚增加,腔径减小。病虫危害后小青黑杨作为纸浆材的材质变差,但从充分利用资源的角度出发,其仍可用于对纸张的撕裂度要求较低的纸张的生产。

Anatomical Change of Poplar Paper Pulp Wood aused by Diseases and Insect

The study was made on effects of Xylotrechus rusticus(L),Cytospora chrysosperma(Pers.) Fr.,or Erwinia herbicola(Lohnis) Dye on fiber length,width,the ratio of length to width of fiber,wall thickness,lumen diameter,the ratio of wall to lumen of fiber and vessels of Populus pseudo-simonii × P.nigra.The results indicated that healthy Populus pseudo-simonii × P.nigra was good material for paper making with the value of fiber length,ration of length to width,wall thickness,ratio of wall to lumen of fiber,vessel wall thickness and ratio of wall to lumen being 1 150 μm,43.95,5.49 μm,0.42,3.73 μm and 0.067,respectively.Compared with the healthy tree,the Populus pseudo-simonii × P.nigra affected by diseases and insect pests had shorter fiber,thicker fiber and vessel wall,and smaller ratio of length to width of fiber.The wood quality of diseases and insect affected trees for paper making was lowered.
