新引进及自育玉米自交系数量性状遗传参数估计

摘    要:采用Grifing双列杂交方法4模型Ⅱ(随机模型),对近年来新引进和自育的16个自交系的11个数量性状进行了遗传参数的估算。结果表明:这些自交系的穗粗、轴粗、穗行数的遗传力高,受环境影响小,早期世代对这些性状进行选择可望有显著育种成效;单株粒重受制因素较多,遗传力低,遗传变异系数大,在后期的世代选择才能有效;单株粒重遗传方差中显性方差占791%,表明利用其中一些自交系可以组配出较高产量杂种优势的组合。

Abstract:According to Griffing-Ⅳ Mod-Ⅱ, Cross were made to assesses the genetic parameters of 11 quantitative characters of population Created with 16 newly-bred and introduced self-lines. Less affected by environment, characters of ear diameter, cob diameter and keinel row have higher heritability, so early generation selection of these characters would be practical. Character of grain weight per plant, limited by more factors, is lower in heritability and higher in genetic variation coefficient, should be selected in later generation. However, because 791% of its genetic variance performed as dominant variance, Combinations with higher Yield and heterosis would be expected from self-lines of the population.
