快生型花生根瘤菌株85—7、85—19的生物学特性的研究

摘    要:1985年,从四川省花生产区栽培的“天府三号”花生根瘤中分离获得了85—7、85—19两个快生型的花生根瘤菌株能利用试验的11种糖类均产酸;且液化明胶和耐盐性达4.5%;与天府花生品种都能进行有效共生,表现出不同感染性;单株增加固氮量16.4—17.1mg,在盆栽试验中固氮酶活性提高;田间试验接种比不接种增产4.38—26.0%。

Abstract:Two fast-growing strains of peanut rhizobium 85-7 and 85-19 were isolated as pure culure from nodules peanut variety of Tianfu 3 in sichuan province in 1985. These two strains conld use all 11 curbon sources tested 85-7 and 85-19 strains and show acid reactions. Gelatin Liquefaction and NaCl tolerance capacity reached 4,5%. These strains affected nitrogen-fixing associations with Tianfu variety and showed different infections. As a result, 16.4-17. 1mg Nitrogen fixation was added per plant and Nitrogen frxeded acitivites were increased in pot experiment.85-7 inoculated strain yielded 4.38-26.0% higher than uninocnlated one in field experiment.
