摘    要:通过水稻、玉米、小麦的田间和盆栽试验,研究喷施不同浓度的农用稀土对农作物的分蘖和孕穗期植株体内酶的活性、氨基酸含量及籽粒蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉的含量。结果表明:①过氧化物酶在三种作物中除玉米表现增加外,水稻、小麦有增有减没有规律可循;②硝酸还原酶、多酚氧化酶的活性均有所增强,所测17种氨基酸中绝大数表现增加,少数表现下降趋势;③籽粒中蛋白质、淀粉、脂肪的含量增加较明显。证明了农作物喷施稀土改善了作物的品质。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the effect of the different concentration of agricultural rare earth in the tillering and booting stages of rice, corn and wheat in field and pot experiments, and also on the analysis of the enzyme activity, amino — acid content in plant and the protein, fat and starch in seed. The Jesuits shows as follows: Peroxidase is increased in corn, but changeable in rice and wheat. Mitratase and polyphenol oxidase are increased in the three crops above. Most of the i 7 amino acids determined are increased, but a few of them are decreased. The obvious increase of the total protein, starch and FAT in seed turns out that agricultural rare earth has improved the crop quality.
