| 摘 要： | 毕赤巴斯德酵母表达系统具有真核生物表达的特点 ,现已广泛用于外源蛋白的表达。本文综述了其自身的优点 ,表达载体的特点 ,外源基因拷贝数的多少与表达产量的关系 ,分泌型蛋白的表达 ,表达外源蛋白所需的外部条件以及翻译后的加工和修饰过程

| Abstract: | P.pastoris possesses the advantage of eukaryotic cell, and has been used to express foreign proteins widely. The advantage of P.pastoris, the characteristic of expression plasmid, the relationship between copies of foreign gene and foreign protein yield, expression of secreted protein, condition of fermentation and processing, modifying protein procedures are discussed in this paper. |
