摘 要: | 对段木栽培银耳过程中新出现的瓦灰霉病害的病原菌球黑孢菌(NigrosporasphaericaMason)的菌丝生长和孢子萌发条件进行了研究,结果表明:病菌生长的最适宜温度为23~26℃,最适产孢温度为23℃;最适宜生长的pH为6~7,最适产孢pH为5~6,Mg2+、K+等矿质元素能促进瓦灰霉病菌菌丝的生长和产孢。

Studies on the Biological Characteristics of Nigrospora sphaerica of the Tremella fuciformis by Wood Culture |

Abstract: | The new fungal disease of Tremella fuciformis caused by Nigrospora sphaerica Mason was found during the culture by wood section. The growth of mycelium and sporulation of N.sphaerica were investigated. The optimal mycelium growth temperature and pH are 23~26?℃ and pH 6~7, respectively. The optimal sporulation is pH 5~6 with high relative humidity. Both mycelium growth and sporulation of N.sphaerica can be stimulated by adding mineral elements of Mg2+ and K+. |
