摘    要:用3种不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射处理6个玉米自交系种子,研究对玉米自交系M1主要性状的诱变效应,结果表明:①主要株型性状都表现出不同程度的抑制作用,而主要雄穗性状和果穗性状却既有促进作用也有抑制作用;②处理后群体内各性状的变幅和变异系数均大于对照,表明60Co-γ射线能创造丰富的遗传变异。同时结合不同性状的诱变效应,探讨了在实践中对研究材料适宜的60Co-γ射线辐射剂量。

Abstract:The seeds of 6 maize inbred lines were irradiated by 3 different doses of ~(60)Co-γ ray, and variation of the main traits in M_1 was analyzed.The results were as follows:① The properties of the main plant types were restrained in varying degrees after being irradiated by ~(60)Co-γ ray, but the main branching characters and ear characters were either restrained or advanced;② The range and the coefficient of variation among the six maize inbred lines irradiated by ~(60)Co-γ ray, were advanced compared with the CK, which indicated that plentiful genetic variation can be created by the ~(60)Co-γ ray.At the same time, the appropriate doses of ~(60)Co-γ ray of the selected materials were discussed in the practice of maize mutation breeding according to variation of the different traits.
