核桃单株经济性状的主成分分析

摘    要:对石棉县调查的44株核桃优良单株的单位投影面积产量、三径、风干果重、壳厚、仁重、出仁率、粗脂肪含量、粗蛋白含量、果形、色泽、果面、取仁难易、种仁颜色、饱满度、风味和内隔壁16个经济性状,进行主成分分析。结果表明:6个主成分累积方差贡献率达72.586%,可以代表核桃果用、外观、产量、仁用等4种利用类型的相关指标。比较不同主成分及综合表现得出排名,列出不同用途及综合得分前十名的优良单株作为参考。评价结果与优良单株实际表现接近,表明用主成分分析法对核桃主要经济性状综合评选,具有实用性。研究结果可以对不同育种目标的核桃优良性状选育提供理论依据。

Abstract:16 economic characteristics of 44 walnuts from Shimian country,including yield,diameter,per fruit weight,shell thin,per kernel weight,kernel rate,crude lipids and crude proteins,were analyzed by the principal component analysis.The results showed that the accumulated variance contribution rate of 6 principal components reached 72.586%,which could indicate the appearance,yield,the fruit used and kernel of walnut.The top ten plus trees were selected based on the main ranking from the principal component and the overall performance.The evaluated results were close to the performance of the plus tree in field.As the result of it,principal component analysis could be efficiently used in the comprehensive selection of main economic characters of walnut.The results provide the theoretical data for selecting breeding target of walnut.
