园艺观赏植物金心吊兰的叶片解剖结构

摘    要:通过石蜡切片显微观察,研究园艺观赏植物金心吊兰叶片的解剖结构。结果表明:①金心吊兰的叶片为等面型叶,表皮由一层排列紧密的表皮细胞组成,上表皮厚度约为下表皮的2倍,气孔分布于下表皮,叶肉没有栅栏组织和海绵组织之分,叶脉结构简单,由木质部、韧皮部和机械组织组成;②园艺栽培变种金心吊兰的叶片更厚,主要叶细胞更大,不同于叶片全绿的原变种宽叶吊兰;③金心吊兰叶绿素的生物合成和叶绿体的发育对叶表皮和叶肉组织的发育起着一定的抑制作用,其黄色条纹区叶细胞明显较绿色条纹区大。

Abstract:The leaf anatomical structure of Chlorophytum capense var.medio-pictum is studied by paraffin slice.The results indicates: ①the leaf is isobifacial,and each epidermis consists of a row of epidermic cells,the thickness of upper epidermis is about twice as that of the lower,stomata distribute only on the lower epidermis,and there is no palisade tissue and spongy tissue in the mesophyll.The simple vein consists of xylem,phloem and mechanical tissue;②thickness and cell size of leaves in C.capense var.medio-pictum are much bigger than those in C.capense;③in C.capense var.medio-pictum leaves,cell size of yellow stripe is much bigger than that of green stripe,which indicates biosynthesis of chlorophyll and development of chloroplast perhaps inhibit the cell size of the leaves.
