南河猪数量性状遗传参数的估测和性状相关通径分析

摘    要:用全同胞和半同胞分析法,估测了南河猪的一些重要经济性状的遗传和表型参数,结果是: 1、每窝产仔数、初生重、断奶重和断奶仔数的重复力分别为0.0293、0.3898、0.3213和0.3417。 2、初生重、断奶重和6月龄体重及乳头数的遗传力分别为0.130、0.08、0.41和0.43。 3、遗传和表型相关多为正值;初生全窝重与初生个体重(0.78和0.40)初生全窝重与断奶全窝重(——和0.41)、产活仔数与断奶仔数(0.61和0.51)、断奶个体重与6月龄体重(0.89和0.40)。 4、相邻两性状闻有强的相关。对6月龄体重有显著影响的是5月龄体重和4月龄体重。因此,可建立一回归方程,和综合选择指数,用以预测和增加6月龄体重。

Abstract:Genetic and phenotypic parameters of some important economic traits (in Nanhe Swine) were estimated with the half-ann fullsib analyses, and correlation and path analyses among some body weights of different stages were carried out. The main results are (Ⅰ ) Repeatabilities fnr litter size, body weights at birth and weaning, and litter size at weaning were 0.0293, 0.3898 0.3213, and 0.3417, respectively. (II) Heritabilities for body weights at birth, weaning and 6 months, and number of teats weic 0.130, 0.08, 0.41, and 0.43, respectively. (Ⅲ) Most genetic and phenotypre correlations were found to be positive, especially between litter weighnd at birth and birth weight (0.78 and 0.40), litter weights at birth and weaning (-and 0.41) litter sizes at birth and weaning (0.6 and 0.5), ast weights at weaning and 6 months (0.89 and 0.4). (Ⅳ) The more neighbouring stage traits occurred, the larger correlations between them were found. 6-month body weight was significantly affected by 5-month body weights, so a regression formula or a comlex selection index may be established for predicting and increasing 6-month weight.
