摘    要:选用5个不育系和5个越南恢复系及1个中国恢复系,采用不完全双列杂交试验设计,对9个主要农艺性状进行配合力、遗传力分析。结果表明:①大多数农艺性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均达到显著或极显著水平,其中株高、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、结实率、千粒重、播抽期和产量等性状以基因加性效应为主,穗长和有效穗等性状则以基因的非加性效应为主;②多数性状受恢复系的影响要比受不育系的影响大;③亲本的一般配合力和组合的特殊配合力之间没有明显的对应关系。不同性状间的狭义遗传力大小排列:千粒重>结实率>播抽期>株高>穗实粒数>产量>穗总粒数>有效穗数>穗长。

Abstract:5 CMS lines and 5 Vietnamese restorer lines and 1 Chinese restorer line were chosen to analyze the combining ability of 9 agronomic characters by way of incomplete diallele cross(NCⅡ) design.The results were as follows: ① the variance of both general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) of most major characters were significant or greatly significant,the additive variation was principal for the characters of plant height(PH),spikelets per panicle(SP),filled spikelets per panicle(FSP),seed setting rate(SSR),1000-grain weight(TGW),sowing to heading date(STHD) and grain yield(GY),while the non-additive variation was principal for the characters of panicle length(PL) and effective panicles per plant(EPP);② most characters were influenced by restorer line more greatly than by sterile line;③ the GCA of parents was not significantly related to the SCA of groups.The order of narrow heritability in various characters was: TGW>SSR>STHD>PH>FSP>GY>SP>EPP>PL.
