摘    要:试验用绵阳11号,绵阳19号,繁6和大头黄四个小麦品种,研究开花后的物质积累和分配的关系。结果表明:不同品种籽粒的相对生长率RGR在花后14天内和灌浆结束期品种间有显著差异,而灌浆中期,保持相对平稳状态。花后的干物质积累和分配也依品种不同而异,以绵阳19号最大,穗粒重高达3.55克,大头黄最低,仅2.71克。各品种干物从源向库的转移呈显著的负相关,其转移速度绵阳11号和绵阳19导显著快于繁6和大头黄。文章还讨论了各品种花后LAR和NAR的变化及其关系。

Abstract:Four wheat cultivars, Mienyang 11, Mienyang 19, Fan 6 and Datouhuang, were used to study the relationship between accumulation and allocation of dry matter of their post-floral growth.The results indicated that cultivars significantly differed in RGR during 14 days after anthesis and at the end of grains filling. The RGR of high yield cultivars, Mienyang 11 and Mienyang 19, were significantly higher than that of the two older cultivars. Accumulation and allocation of DM during post-floral periods also varied with cultivars, total dry weight and grain dry weight being markedly larger in the first two cultivars than in the last two. The rate of transfer of of DM from source to sink in Mienyang 11 and Mienyang 19 was obviously faster than Fan 6 and Datouhuang, Final change of LAR and net photosynthetcic rate and their relation were discussed.
