食用农产品企业建立可追溯制度绩效评价——以四川省为例

摘    要:以四川省81家食用农产品企业的问卷调查数据,利用基于熵权的模糊综合评价方法评价不同类型的企业建立可追溯制度的绩效。研究结果表明:不同类型的企业建立可追溯制度的总绩效与自身特征有关系;同时,这些企业在可追溯程度提升、供应链管理效率提高、质量管理水平提升、产品竞争力提高与经济效益提高方面的差异同样与企业特征有关。根据研究结果,提出了一些促进企业建立可追溯制度的对策建议。

Abstract:Based on survey data of 81 edible agricultural products enterprises in Sichuan Province,the performance of different types of enterprises establishing a traceability system were evaluated using entropy-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed: there were correlation between the overall performance of establishing a traceability system and characteristics of different types of enterprises;Meanwhile,the differences of promoting the extent of traceability,improving supply chain management efficiency,enhancing quality management,and improving product competitiveness and economic efficiency were all related with the enterprise characteristics.Finally,according to the findings,some suggestions were given for promoting enterprises establishing a traceability system.
