四川省稻瘟病菌中dsRNA因子的检测

运用dsRNA分析技术检测了来自四川各地的 31个稻瘟菌株携带dsRNA因子的情况 ,发现有 18个菌株含有dsRNA因子 ,占供试菌株的 5 8%。在呈阳性的 18个菌株中呈现 13种完全不同的dsRNA电泳模式 ,表明四川省稻瘟菌可能有不同类型的病毒寄生。未发现病毒的dsRNA电泳模式与菌株的地理来源和寄主水稻品种存在相关关系。对带有病毒的菌株 96 - 2 7进行单孢分离所得的 2 0个单孢分离物中 ,都发现dsRNA存在 ,说明分生孢子进行病毒传导的效率是很高的。但其中有两个单孢分离物的dsRNA电泳模式发生变异 ,但未发现其菌落形态 ,菌丝生长速度和产孢特性与亲本菌株的明显差异

Studies on Double-strand RNA Elements in Pyricularia grisea from Sichuan Province

Mycelia extracts of 31 isolates of Pyricularia grisea from some areas of Sichuan province are analyzed for double strand RNA (dsRNA). Among the 18 isolates, which are found to contain dsRNA, 13 distinct dsRNA electrophoretic patterns are observed. Among 20 single conidial isolates of 96 27, 18 showed dsRNA banding identical to that of the parent isolate; Compared to that of the parents, there is another small molecular weight dsRNA band in other 2 single conidial isolates, but there is no obvious difference between the concerned and the colonnies, growth rate and capacity to spornlate.
