光敏核不育水稻选育初报

本研究利用农垦58S的衍生系W6417S等作基因供体与早、中籼品种杂交转育,分离世代在四川长口下选败育株,海南陵水短日下选可育株的方法,获得光敏(或光温敏)核不育水稻是可行的。材料的育性对日长变化反应敏感,稻穗发育敏感期处于较低口均温及在高山上均能表现出较稳定的败育。

INITIAL REPORT ON SELECTION FOR PHOTOPERIOD SENSITIVE MALE STERILE LINES IN RICE

The breeding practice indicates that it is an effctive way to obtain photoperiod sensintve male sterile rice to select for the male steril plants from segregeting population under the long—day sunshine in Schuan and for the fertile ratoonings of these male sterile plants and the fertile offsprings from these ratoonings under the short—dqy sunshine in Hainan. Then the offsprings from the feritle plants in Hainan are grown in Sichuan to determine whether they are male sterile again under the long—daysunshinee. The results indecate that the fertility of the sunshine. These plants show stably high sterility under the low dqily average temperatures.
