猪对饲料氨基酸的消化率(综述)

回肠瘘管法是测定猪对饲料氨基酸的消化率的较为准确的方法。本文综述了近些年的报告中用该方法测定的生长猪对小麦、大麦、玉米,高粱、豆饼、菜籽饼、血粉、肉骨粉等饲料氨基酸的表观消化率。几个主要氨基酸的平均表观消化率约为75％。其中,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、胱氨酸、色氨酸、苏氨酸和异亮氨酸的表观消化率分别为76、82、72、75、71和77％。单个饲料以血粉,酪蛋白、豆饼和小麦中氨基酸的表观消化率较高,有些可高达90％以上;肉骨粉和高粱中氨基酸的表观消化率较低,有些甚至低于50％。文中对影响氨基酸消化率的因素进行了讨论。

DIGESTIBILITIES OF AMINO ACIDS IN FEED FOR PIGS(A REVIEW)

The ileal method is an accurate method for estimating digestibilities of amino acids in feed for pigs Apparent digestibilities of main amino acids, dstimated by the ileal method in wheat, barley, corn, sorghum, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, blood meal, meat and bone meal and others for growing pigs, are summarized from receipt reports. The average apparent digestibility of these main amino acids is about 75 per cent. of these main amino acids, apparent cigestilfties of lysine, methionine, cystine, tryptophan, threonine and isoleucine are 76, 82, 72, 75, 71 and 77 per cent, respectively. Apparent digestilities of these main amino acids are higher in blood meal, snybean meal and wheat, some of which are over 90 per cent. But they are lower in meat and bone meal and sorghum, some o which are less than 50 per cent. Many factors afftecting digestibilitie of amino acids are discussed in this review.
