几个水稻同核异质雄性不育系的比较研究

本文以三个水稻同核异质雄性不育系为材料,研究水稻雄性不育细胞质在异交习性,花药细胞解剖和同工酶方面表现的效应。结果是:1、不同雄性不育细胞质显著地影响着异交率、外露柱头长度、双柱头外露率、柱头羽部平面积、包粒率和闭颖率。对花时也有明显影响。2、不同雄性不育细胞质对部分花粉母细胞坏死、药壁细胞层之间的联系,和药隔维管束的退化等均有一定影响。但败育类型相同。3、在花粉发育过程中,不同雄不育细胞质明显影响着过氧化物酶同工酶一些强带的活性。本文还对作物雄不育胞质效应的利用,和形态表现,细胞结构及同工酶之间的关系进行了讨论。

THE COMPARATIVE RESEARCH ON CYTOPLASMIC MALE-STERILE LINES WITH THE SAME NUCLEUS IN RICE

This paper focuses on the effects of the male-sterile cytoplasms on out-crossing habits, isoenzyme and cell structures of anthers.Three cytoplasmic male-sterile lines with the same nucleus, and their maintainer were used. Significant differences were obtained with most of the outcrossing characteristics. Evident effects were observed on the abortional degree of pollen, the stuctures of the anther wall and stamen vasculature. The influence on the viability of some main bands in peroxidase was also obvious. The application of male-sterile cytoplasmic effects in producing hybrid rice seed, and the relationship among morphology, anatomy and cytology, and isoenzyme metabolism in vivo are discussed in this paper.
