摘    要:本试验通过对矮小型黄羽肉鸡品系和三个正常型黄羽肉鸡品系及其杂交鸡耗料比的比较分析,研究性连锁矮小型基因(dw)对黄羽肉鸡饲料转化率的影响。结果表明,dw基因对黄羽肉鸡饲料转化率存在有利影响。矮小型品系母鸡与三个正常型品系公鸡杂交,其后代耗料比均表现出明显的负向杂交优势,但其杂交优势率因正常型品系类型不同而有差异,轻型品系杂交效果优于重型品系。

Abstract:Experments were conducted with buff-plumage broilers from dwarf and 3 normal-type strains and their crossbred groups to investigate the effect of the sex-linked dwarf gene on feed efficiency of buff-plumage broiler clickens.The results showed that dw gene had favorable effect on feed efficiency of buffplumage meat birds. The feed conversion of hybrids from dwarf dams mated to mormal- type males exhibited considerable negative heterosis. However, the beterotic effect changed with different normal- type strians. The liglt meat strain crosses had ligher heterosis for feed conversion than the heavy meat strain crosses.
