五针白皮松(Pinus squamata)的木材构造及其归类研究

摘    要:用光镜及扫描电镜对云南松属的一濒危树种———五针白皮松的木材构造进行了解剖学观察。首次报道了五针白皮松的木材构造,并结合木材的宏观及微观构造特征和组成分子的数量特征值,分析比较了它在松属中的位置,五针白皮松管胞内壁及纹孔缘上具有明显的瘤状层,介于单维管束亚属和双维管束亚属之间,是一中间类型。结合已报道的与其形态特征相似的白皮松的分类特征,作者支持成立白皮松亚属的建议。

Abstract:The wood structure of Pinus squamata that is near extinction in Pinus is anatomically observed by LH and SEM. The wood structure of Pinus squamata was reported firstly. The systemic location in Pinus was analyzed through the wood structure and the quantitative characteristics of wood member. The warty layers appeare obviously on the inner surface of tracheid and the surface of pit border, It is different from the subgenus Haploxylon (sortpine) and subgenus Diploxylon (Hardpine) which has its own features. The auther has made a systematic study and suggested to establish a new Subgenus Parry based on its gross and anatomical characteristics, ultrastructure and that of P.bungenana which was reported.
