几个玉米自交系某些数量性状不同生长阶段的配合力分析

摘    要:取九个玉米自交系:合二、331、406,MO17、洛85、苏37、273、B87和292组成完全双列杂交(不包括反交)用Griffing分析法(方法2,模型Ⅰ)对株高、单株叶数及叶面积、粒重和籽粒密度在其不同生长阶段的净增量作了配合力分析。结果表明,所考查性状在其不同生长阶段的一般配合力与特殊配合力的相对重要性和配合力效应值的大小、方向及显著性都有所不同,性状各生长阶段净增量的配合力效应之代数和等于相应终结性状的配合力效应。因而,要充分认识数量性状的遗传规律,仅考察终结性状或性状在某一时间点上的表现是不够的,须从生长发育的角度动态研究性状的遗传。

Abstract:This paper deals with the inheritance of net growth gains of plant height, leaf number anp leaf area per plant. 10-kernel weight and density of kernel at their various growth stages in 9 inbreds of maize. These inbreds were used to develop a complete diallel cross and Griffing's method (method 2, model Ⅰ) was employed in this experiment. The results indicated that the relative importance of general and specifiic combining abilities and the direction and values of combining effects were varying with the growth of of the characters stucied. It is concluded that the gene effects for final characters do not reflect the real effects or rule of gene action at various growth stages and it is necessary to study the inheritance of quantitative characters in realm of growth and development. The relationships among combining ability effects at various growth stage and in final performance of a certain character were also discussed.
