水稻线粒体中与细胞质雄性不育有关的类质粒DNA（综述）

对水稻细胞质雄性不育的遗传机理研究已经积累了一些资料。在线粒体类质粒ＤＮＡ研究方面，已经明确了不育系和保持系间、不同的不育系间的线粒体类质粒ＤＮＡ存在着差异；类质粒ＤＮＡ在核基因组中存在同源序列；类质粒ＤＮＡ在正常可育栽培种中出现的频率有随进化阶段升高而降低的趋势；类质粒ＤＮＡ的存在与细胞质雄性不育性的表达有关。

MITOCHONDRIAL PLASMID-LIKE DMA ASSOCIATED WITH CYTOPLASMIC MALE STERILITY IN RICE

Plasmid-like DNA are kinds of minicircular and minilinear DNA molecules found in mitochondria of rice. Accumulated research reports show that such DNAs are distributed differently among different CMS lines derived from different cytoplasmic sources among different fertile ecospecied cultivar (i. e. Indica, Javanica, and Japanica cultivars) , and between cytoplasmic male-sterile line and its maintainer. Moreover homologous sequences to some plasmid-like DNA8 have been found in nuclear genomes of both CMS line and its maintainer. The revertant to fertility reveals that the presence of absence of the plasmid-like DNA may he associated with the expression of cytoplasmic male sterility in rice.
