作用于川硬皮肿腿蜂的利它素研究

对两种天牛的血淋巴和一种天牛的虫粪及其浸提物对川硬皮肿腿蜂的刺激作用进行了研究 ,发现血淋巴能引起该蜂的取食反应 ,虫粪及其浸提物能引起该蜂的搜索行为。通过进一步对虫粪中的化学成分进行分离、纯化和定性定量分析表明 ,虫粪中的氨基酸和糖类都能单独引诱川硬皮肿腿蜂搜索寄主的行为 ,其中氨基酸含量为1 90 9mg/ g ,是血淋巴氨基酸含量的 1/ 6 7;糖类含量为 4 889mg/g ,是血淋巴总糖含量的 1/ 5 6。

Study of the Kairomone Acting on Scleroderma Sichuanensis Xiao

The attraction effects of the hemolymph of Semanotus sinoauster and Clytus valtus Fairmaire, the excrement of S.sinoauster and the extracts of the excrement to Scleroderma sichuanensis Xiao were studied in this article. The result shows that the hemolymph can attract S.sichuanensis Xiao to feed and the excrement or the extracts of the excrement can induce the parasitoid to search for its hosts. The amino acids and carbohydrates in the excrement have the kairomone activity separately through further segregation, purification and identification. It also shows that the amino acids content in the excrement is 1 9090 mg/g, which is 1/67 of content in the hemolymph and the carbohydrates content is 4 8890 mg/g, which is 1/5 6 of content in the hemolyph.
