| 摘 要： | 应用十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ）分析了多小穗小麦品系１０－Ａ以及来源于三交组合１０－Ａ／８８－１６４３／川育１２号的５６个稳定品系的谷蛋白。结果表明，１０－Ａ、８８－１６４３和川育１２号的谷蛋白带纹各不相同，能彼此区分。在这５６个后代品系中，高分子量谷蛋白带纹出现了与８８－１６４３、川育１２号一致的类型以及４种三亲本间的重组类型，没有出现１０－Ａ的谱带类型和突变类型。在这些品系中，有８个品系含优质亚基组合２，７＋８，５＋１０（占１４．３％），１１个品系含优质亚基组合１，７＋８，５＋１０（占１９．６％）。

| Abstract: | The glutenin patterns of multispikelet wheat line 10 -A and its recombinants were analyzed by using sodium dodeeyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoric (SDS-PAGE). From the glutenin patterns, 10- A, 88 - 1643 and Chuanyu 12 could be identified by each other. In the 56 lines derived from triple cross 10- A/88 - 1643/Chuanyu 12, Six HMW - glutenin patterns are observed, including the same patterns with 88-1643 and Chuanyu 12 and the patterns among 3 parents. There are eight lines with good glutenin subunits 2 *, 7 + 8, 5 + 10(14.3 %) and eleven lines with good glutenin subunits 1, 7 + 8, 5 + 10(19.6%). |
