植物生长调节剂对降香黄檀种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:为提高降香黄檀种子萌发率及加快苗木生长速度,进行了不同植物生长调节剂及其浓度对降香黄檀种子浸种发芽及幼苗生长的影响试验。结果表明:经过植物生长调节剂GA3、6-BA、IBA各种浓度分别处理后,提高了降香黄檀种子的发芽率、发芽势,但开始发芽的天数没有缩短,其中50 mg/L GA3对提高发芽率效果最好,80 mg/L 6-BA对提高发芽势效果最好;GA3、6-BA各种浓度对发芽指数有促进作用,但50、80 mg/L IBA对发芽指数起到降低作用。PP333、6-BA、GA3、NAA、IAA各种浓度对降香黄檀苗木苗高、地茎生长均有一定促进作用。PP333能阻碍苗木正常高生长,但对地茎生长有很好的促进作用。
