余甘子果汁饮料抗疲劳及抗衰老功效研究

目的]研究余甘子果汁饮料抗疲劳和抗衰老的功效,为开发余甘子功能性饮料提供理论依据.方法]以昆明小鼠为试验动物,经连续灌胃余甘子果汁饮料30 d后进行负重游泳试验,测定其负重游泳时间及血清中的尿素氮、乳酸、肝糖原;采用皮下注射D-半乳糖构建Wistar大鼠衰老模型,同样方法进行抗衰老试验,测定Wistar大鼠血清中的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）、丙二醛（MDA）及脑组织脂褐素（LPF）.结果]与对照组（生理盐水）相比,灌胃余甘子果汁饮料后昆明小鼠的负重游泳时间明显延长,负重游泳运动后有效降低血清中的乳酸和尿素氮及提高肝糖原水平,且随灌胃剂量的增加其效果越明显,高剂量组（40 mL/kg）的各项指标均达极显著水平（P＜0.01）.在抗衰老动物试验中,也发现余甘子果汁饮料可有效提高衰老Wistar大鼠的血清SOD、GSH-Px水平及降低血清MDA、脑组织LPF水平,其效果也随灌胃剂量的增加而越明显.结论]余甘子果汁饮料具有良好的抗疲劳和抗衰老功效,今后可开发为解除疲劳、延缓衰老的保健饮料.

Anti-fatigue and anti-aging effects of emblica juice beverage

Objective]Anti-fatigue and anti-aging effects of emblica juice beverage were studied to provide theoretical references for developing emblica functional beverage.Method]With Kunming white mice as experimental animals,the mice were injected with emblica juice beverage.After 30 days,loaded swimming experiment was conducted to detect loaded swimming time,content of blood urea nitrogen,lactic acid and hepatic glycogen.Hypodermic injection D-gal was adopted to build Wistar big mice aging model.Using the same method,anti-aging experiment was conducted to detect the content of SOD,GSH-Px,MDA and brain tissue LPF.Result]Compared with the control group （physiological saline）,the loaded swimming survival time of Kunming white mice injected with emblica juice beverage was prolonged obviously,the content of serum lactic acid and urea nitrogen was decreased effectively,and the content of hepatic glycogen was increased after the loaded swimming.Indexes of the high dosage group （40 mL/kg） all reached highly significant level （P＜0.01）.In the anti-aging animal experiment,it was found that the level of serum SOD and GSH-Px of aged Wistar big mice could be increased,and the level of serum MDA and brain tissue LPF of aged Wistar big mice could be decreased by emblica juice beverage.Effects were more obvious with the increasing of dosage.Conclusion]Due to good anti-fatigue and anti-aging effects,emblica juice beverage can be developed to be health beverage with anti-fatigue and anti-aging effects.
