| 摘 要： | 以麻疯树幼嫩枝条腋芽为外植体,以M S为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的激素组合(6 BA与IBA)进行芽诱导和增殖培养。结果表明,M S基本培养基利于不定芽的诱导与形成,出芽率可达75.0%。附加6 BA 2.5m g/L、IBA 0.1~0.5m g/L的组合芽增殖率可达47.6%~47.8%;随着6 BA浓度增加,芽增殖率也随着升高,但不同浓度IBA对芽增殖率的影响则没有一定规律,其增殖效果不如6 BA明显。此外,在M S基本培养基中是否添加激素对生根培养影响不大,两者生根率差异不明显。

| Abstract: | The axillary bud on young shoot of Barbados nut was used as explants,adding different concentration of plant hormone combinations(6-BA and IBA) on minimal medium(MS),to carry out buds inducing and multiplication culture.The results showed that MS medium was good for inducing and germinating indefinite buds,and germination rate was 75.0%.The multiplication rate of bud was 47.6%-47.8% on medium combinations 6-BA 2.5mg/L and IBA 0.1-0.5mg/L.The multiplication rate of bud increased with the increase of 6-BA concentration,but the effect of different concentration of IBA on multiplication of bud did not show regularity and was not so significant as 6-BA.Otherwise,it had not obvious effect on rootage culture whether adding plant hormone on MS medium or not,there was no significant difference of rootage rate between them. |
