植物抗旱机理及抗旱性鉴定方法研究进展

摘    要:干旱影响植物各个阶段的生长发育和植物各种生理代谢过程,是植物成活与生长的重要限制因素之一。文章从植物形态结构特征、生理生化特性及相关基因等抗旱机理研究、抗旱性鉴定方法方面对近年来植物抗旱性研究进展进行综述,以期为植物抗旱性研究工作提供参考。

Abstract:Drought affects growth and development of plants at every phases and various physiological metabolic processes in plants.It is one of the most disastrous limiting factors for growth and survival of the plants.This paper described the drought-resistance mechanism based on some morphological,physio-biochemical molecular characteristics.The paper summarized the research advances during recent years which included drought-resistance identification methods with a view to provide reference for the further studies...
