2%加收米水剂防治葱软腐病田间药效试验

为了解加收米对葱软腐病的防治效果、持效期及对作物和施药者的安全性,以农用链霉素为对照,进行了2%加收米水剂防治葱软腐病田间药效试验。结果表明,第2次药后7 d,2%加收米水剂400、600、800倍液对葱软腐病均有较好的防治效果,其中以2%加收米水剂400倍液的效果最好,而其400、600倍液对葱软腐病的防治效果与农用链霉素5000倍液处理相当,且对作物及施药人员安全。生产上建议使用2%加收米水剂400~600倍液在小葱软腐病初发期用药,隔7 d施药1次,连施2~3次,可达到较好的防治效果。

Efficiency of 2% kasumin AS in controlling soft rot of shallot

An experiment was conducted in order to investigate the effect,duration of the effect and after effects of kasumin AS（2%） on soft rot of shallot using agricultural streptomycin as the control medicament.The results showed that 400,600 and 800 times dilution of 2% kasumin had good control effects on soft rot of shallot in 7 days after spraying twice,especially,400 times dilution had the best effects.However,400 and 600 times diluted kasumin AS showed the similar effects on soft rot of shallot as showed by 5000 times diluted streptomycin,and also they were found safe for crops as well as for the pesticide sprayers.It was suggested that 2-3 times use of 400-600 times diluted kasumin AS（2%） at 7 d intervals results in efficient control of shallot soft rot.
